How it Works

Site finders or landbrokers have existed for many years and a select few have managed to broker some very attractive deals many times over.

The landbroker will need to act with absolute discretion and be able to build a network of contacts from which leads may arise. The contacts may include estate agents, surveyors, architects, developers and builders.

Your objective is to provide your client with information about land or building which will meet his/company’s requirements. Our register will provide you with a list of companies who require new sites . All provide full details of their requirements.

Ideally we prefer to source sites before they come to the market place. We show the techniques of how to identify potential sites and then make the necessary checks to see if it will be suitable and who owns it, then using our template letter’s you would contact the land owner.

The finder’s fee’s you can earn are quite staggering, at the lower end of the scale fee’s of £3,000 per site would be paid, but most of the fee’s detailed range from £20,000 - £30,000 PER SITE!! That is the fixed fee’s - Some companies pay 1 or 2% of the property purchase price! For some in our contact list that would be a very large fee.

This e-book will provide you with all the information you need to get started and in fact you do not need to give up your existing employment. If you can spend a few hours a week scouting your area and then carrying out the necessary research this is the best way to get started. You don’t have to remain in your own Town or County if your job involves travelling the UK then you will have even more opportunity. This is an excellent additional income stream for any property investor, and can quickly replace a full time salary.
