Yes absolutely – This business model can achieve success in any developed country in the world with adjustment to our contact list.
What commission can I expect to earn?
Commission will be between 1% - 3% of purchase price , some of our contacts use a flat rate fee of £20,000 per site found.
Is this business effected by the credit crunch or recession?
No not really – In fact almost half of our database has shown an increase in business because of the economic slowdown – they are aggressively expanding their budget brands and need to find new locations.
Why do companies pay thousands of pounds to site finders?
These companies can’t possibly be aware of all new sites throughout the country – by paying a site finder they can very often get the locations and sites they require ahead of their competitors – thus a long term profit.
Will this business suit me?

Do I have to pay any money to landowners?
No absolutely not – you just locate potential sites/property for the client, your finder’s fee is paid direct to you from the client.
This is not a get rich quick scheme is it?
No these are genuine contacts offering genuine fee’s – it will require work – if you are passionate and can do some research and plenty of legwork you can become very successful.
Will there be too much competition from other site finders?
No there are an infinite number of sites yet to be discovered in all areas, also new bypasses, motorway junctions, Town and City expansion mean that there is an ever changing canvas to work with.
